The last time I had shopped at Cyclery USA in 2017, I was disappointed with the service. This week, the total opposite. Knowledge, professionalism, friendly staff, and the time to sit with the customer and explain a large purchase were all represented. The staff is backed up with expertise from a former pro cyclist who knows his bikes. Thank you Cyclery USA.

Went in for a bike fitting with Sergio. He was knowledgeable, talked me through all the changes he was making on the bike and even pointed out I purchased knockoff cleats from Amazon by notch on the pedals (one of them literally broke I was testing clipping in and out). He was very friendly and answered every question I had. They also had GENUINE cleats, so he replaced them on my shoes. Overall, very friendly staff and very knowledgeable.
