Expert staff and top notch service. Big shout out to to the service crew for adding blue caps to the ends of my brake cables to accent the colors of my se bmx bike. That meant a lot and shows the team is a class act by doing something extra for the customer. I had them install a new freewheel and rear v brakes and they surprised me by adding that little extra touch on the brake cable line. I am grateful for their thoughtfullness - this small gesture says a lot about your staff and goes a long way in my book. Thanks again! This is the epitome of what a home town bike shop should exemplify.
