I had fantastic service! Frederick helped me figure out my bike size on Sunday and was great. Corey helped me yesterday and it's the best service I've had in a long time. He helped me for hours through test riding, picking out all the accessories, and getting it set up. He even literally created a backpack out of a plastic bag and tape for straps so I could carry things home while riding my new bike. Extremely above and beyond service and it was greatly appreciated!

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a means to carry workout weights on my bike and they suggested better and safer options than what I had in mind. Plus they looked over my bike and made maintenance suggestions and gave me a timeline for when t need to take care of them. Their service made me want to come to them for all my bike needs and to get a new bike next spring.
