The folks that work at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and their service is quick. After servicing my bike, they indicated a special part was needed that they didn't stock, so right in the store, they helped me order it so it would be the right part (I had no idea), and had it shipped to their location where they would install it. Very cool.

I chose Trek because of its product quality and service attitude, and the Trek store on the Upper East Side of New York did not disappoint me.
First, I only purchased a basic FX2, not an expensive model, but the salesperson at the store welcomed me warmly and gave me simple sales suggestions based on my usage needs. They did not deliberately recommend expensive products, but instead tried their best to recommend what I actually needed, without putting any psychological pressure on me as a consumer, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable in the store.
Second, the store conservatively estimated that it would take 2-3 business days to assemble the new bike, but unexpectedly, my bike was assembled on the same day I ordered it, which was a Sunday. From placing the order to picking up the bike, it took only 3 hours in total. The salesperson Lucy knew how eager I was to get the bike, so Lucy called me as soon as possible and was willing to wait for me to come to the store to pick it up even though they were about to get off work. Finally, the quality of the bike is as satisfying as always, and this is the main reason I would recommend Trek to friends with a 10 out of 10 rating. Thank you to the Trek team for their diligence and sense of responsibility.

Almost always they addressed whatever my issue of the moment was. Their prices were OK. Once I walked in and, after waiting a bit at the front a stranger walked up from the back and when I tried to explain whatever I was there for, he spoke in a fast accent so heavy I gave up and left.
But in my many other visits I got the help or product I wanted, including when I wasn't sure what I was taking about.
