Matt has provided me with excellent customer service during the purchase of a new bike carrier. I highly recommend this business.

Dedham Bike is and has been my go-to mountain and BMX bike store for the past 20 years. I have purchased 2 mountain bikes and had an older diamond back silver streak refitted for use. Matt and his team are riders first...and this translates into quality service and new sales. This is a family owned store and it feels like I am a part of that history. Always recommending them and will continue until I move from Dedham.

Great wheel building! It is hard to find a knowledgeable and experienced wheel builder in metro Boston. Jim knows his stuff.

This was a difficult fix on an old bike and the team did the best they could and turned around the repair promptly.

I dropped off the bike to get worked on and it was ready the same day. I couldn't have been happier with the service or the quick turnaround.

The salespersons knowledge and expertise. Thoroughly explaining in detail all functions of the bike and helmet I purchased. Great job, thanks.

Your company rebuilt the rear wheel for my ebike. After assessing the condition of the wheel, the shop made a couple of recommendations about the parts and after my approval went ahead and rebuilt the wheel with all new parts (except for the motor). The cost of the repair was less that I had respected and it was done in a reasonable timeframe. This was my first time dealing with Dedham Bike. They cam highly recommended by a friend and we’re one of only a couple of bike shops within 50 miles of my home who advertised rebuilding ebike wheels which had the same types of problems I was having. I remounted the rebuilt wheel and took it for a test ride and it works fine. Thanks.
