The Staff at Don's Bikes of Redlands are always great to work with and are willing to provide recommendations and advice when asked. Their service is excellent and they don't mind ordering a part or product even if they don't typically stock it. Their text update and notification system keeps me plenty informed on the status of my bike. I have purchased four bikes from Don's and get all of my service done there. I live in Riverside and pass a few different bike shops because I prefer the Don's Bikes of Redlands staff. Highly recommend.

Whenever I've rode in with a problem with my bike the amazing team members like Roman, Sergio, Paul, and everyone else have taken my bike, fixed it, and got me back on my way within an hour. I couldn't ask for better service.Thanks Dons!

Love these two shops. I’m sorta a regular at the Rialto shop but the Redlands store is just as awesome. Staff is just great, they’re honest and always willing to help.

The service department at Don's Bikes is simply the best in the business. I dropped my bike off, was told the date it would be completed, and picked it up on that date. The pricing is very fair, even if another bike shop was cheaper I would still get my work done at Don's because I know the quality of the repair is superior.
