⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely love Epicenter Cycle! I bought my older grandson’s bike here two years ago, and now I’ve returned to buy a bike for my younger grandson’s 5th birthday. The staff is amazing and truly wonderful with kids. They make the whole experience fun, welcoming, and special. It’s clear they care about helping families find the perfect bike. I’m so happy to support this shop and highly recommend Epicenter Cycle to anyone looking for a great bike-buying experience! 🚲❤️

After a month of searching for a 2026 Trek Fuel+ EX 9.7 size medium, all over the country I came across a bike finder website that led me to Epicenter Cycling in Santa Cruz (a few hours from my home). They were very easy to work with and held the bike for a month, with a deposit of course. The staff was excellent to deal with and made sure the bike was operating properly before I left. I would definitely check with Epicenter Cycling before purchasing my next bike
