I recently purchased a Trek bike there. It had been 15 years since I purchased a new bicycle and many changes had been made. Naturally I had many questions and the lady helping me was very knowledgeable and patient. I certainly would recommend Free Flight.

The response to my telephone inquiry was very friendly, and the gentleman who I spoke with provided me with the information that I was looking for to complete my online order. I placed my order through the Free Flight website, which was very easy and straight forward, and the items were shipped very promptly, which I appreciate. Free Flight was one of the last shops anywhere in North America who had stock of the small part that I needed for my 2020 Trek Top Fuel Project One carbon frame, which I am currently assembling as part of a custom build. The part has been discontinued by Trek, and I am grateful for the friendly assistance that I received from Free Flight to allow me to obtain this part. I would definitely recommend Free Flight to others. Thank you Free Flight!
