I didn’t feel pressured or like I was being sold on stuff. James wasn’t a sales man hes a p resin that loves his craft and the sport. He checked my bike out and set it to my height but even when I started doing the normal first time thing trying to buy everything I thought I needed James was honest and said enjoy the bike ride. It see what you think and then come back, which to me was very honest and for a small business owner to just give you advice and not try to make a profit felt really good. I did end up buying a helmet and a couple essentials, but I was very pleased with my time at Good Bike Co and I am glad I went. There will be back again once I outgrow this bike.

Good Bike just completed a complete overhaul of my Trek Rail eMTB and did a great job. They spent the time to work through everything that needed to be done, and explained all of the results. Very pleased with this shop and have bought two Trek ebikes from them. I highly recommend their sales and services.

I've had the pleasure of attending two of Good Bikes Ochoco Overlander rides. They were very well put together and a true adventure. I'm a senior rider so they challenged me. I'd do it again if it were offered. I miss the event. James works very hard to navigate his business. I stop in when ever I can make it thru Prineville during business hours. I'm a fan!
