The enthusiasm and knowlege base and general vibe and they are patient with bike dummies ...lol...plus it's a nice store in a good location close to bike paths plus Darren and crew actually do ride and not just there to sell bikes so......it's one of my happy places .

I am so impressed with their genuine "care". I wanted a different bike, now. They actually had me ,"test ride" 6 different e-bikes to see how they felt! These bikes are not cheap, and they knew exactly what I needed based on my height, why and where I use it a a commuter. I am soooo grateful for their diligence and commitment to the needs of a consumer like me...that does not drive anymore. Thank you Greenies with all my Heart. 💜

Had a great experience getting my bike fit here! They also have a great selection of cycling clothes and accessories, and the customer service is consistently excellent. Always a pleasure to stop in. Highly recommend!

Have my bikes given a once over by Greenie's every year. They are super thorough; made sure all the nuts and bolts were secure, adjusted my gears and brakes and installed a much needed new chain, etc. etc. etc...the works! Every time I have gone in to Greenie's the team are right there ready to help. My tune-up was very reasonable and was completed within a few hours! Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable! Always a joy to stop in.

The mist friendly family type atmosphere. Every time I take my bike in the staff is friendly... They know the issue and resolve it fast. The owners are very supportive of our team, athletes and the community. Wouldn't take my bike anywhere else.

Darin is fast efficient and his prices are Very Reasonable if fact for the quality of work he has ALWAYS Performed for me I would say he is underpriced and you won’t often hear that coming from me. I would recommend Greenies to anyone needing Bike service. I own a Pedigo now(mistake) but will be purchasing a different brand in the near future After comparing prices from several different vendors. Greenies prices are very competitive and factor that with the service he provides I will definitely be purchasing my new bike from him as well Sam [LAST NAME REMOVED]
