I BOUGHT TWO RODE BIKES FROM YOUR GAINESVILLE STORE AND I'M STILL RIDING THE LAST BIKE THAT I BOUGHTOVER 20 YEARS AGO EVEN THOUGH CURTIS TOLD ME I REALLY NEED A NEW BIKE. THAT'S BECAUSE HE HAS REPLACED EVERY PART ON THAT BIKE THREE OR FOUR TIMES. EVERY TIME I HAVE GONE INTO THE STORE EACH EMPLOYEE HAS DONE A GREAT JOB OUTFITTING ME WITH ACCESORIES, REPAIRS I NEEDED.

I am a complete newbie to cycling and came in yesterday looking for a road bike as I prep for my first triathlon. Shane took the time to show me the new inventory as well as a nice used bike, which I ended up selecting. He made sure it was an okay fit and let me take it for a spin. He also put together a tire repair kit for me, and made sure I was squared away with a helmet. Finally, Shane took the time to swap out the pedals and had the bike looked over before I walked out the door with it. 10/10 experience, I will be back for all future bike needs! Thank you so much!

I have been a Haymarket Cycles customer since 2007. This is a no none-sense bike store that focuses on customer need with no “up-selling.” They provide excellent recommendations and options for every type of rider. Jared has maintained a talented work shop throughout the years. I always recommend my friends to this store for their cycling needs. My most recent experience was options between two bikes (Madone or Domane). After a great discussion, I comfortably made a choice. I was kept apprised of the order status and the bike has been the best choice for my riding style.

I enjoyed the friendly workers and their customer service. They were prompt, and fixed my bike, even though I had purchased it at Costco.

I loved that I was able to walk right in and get a reasonably accurate (which ended up being very accurate,) estimate and a great expected turn around time…. which ended up even being a day or two earlier than expected! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent example of under promise and overdeliver! Will definitely recommend!
