You don't charge for assembling a bike. An actual person answers the phone. You are courteous and friendly. If the salespeople make a mistake about service, the mechanics are accomodating. Your prices are competitive.

They handle everything from the basic beach cruiser, to the latest high end road bike and everything in between. They love bikes, and people, and dogs... and always do a great job on sales, after sale service, and then keeping things in working order when necessary. Love the team!

They offer the most competitive pricing but the kicker is their service. I own 5 bikes and from now on, all bikes will be serviced at Holland Bicycles, even though it's over 45 minutes away from where we live. From the minute we talked to someone on the phone to walking in for service, I knew we were in great hands. I can't say enough about this store. I'm particularly grateful for Eryn and Noe's help. Super knowledgable and helpful.
