Excellent!! From the minute we walked in to look at bicycles, we were greeted by a knowledgeable, pleasant salesperson who helped us choose the right E-bike (Townie) for my wife. We ordered it, and it arrived exactly when she said it would be there. I highly recommend this store and truly appreciate the great service.

I like how I was able just to walk in I get my tire fenders taken off, my Chain guard off, on my hundred dollar bike and they did it for an affordable price. I just wanted to really extend my appreciation. I really wanted that stuff off my bike and they did it.

Jesse was very kind and informative. You can also see that he enjoys what he does (something rare today, in my opinion). The bike was finished correctly and on time. Jesse also helped us with add-ons to the bike. Jesse would be the reason we would come back and for the rating of 10.

We really enjoyed our experience at Jax!!! I had test ridden a bicycle and loved it… However, we did walk around to a few nearby shops, but quickly went back to Jax to purchase my new Trek bike. All of the employees were helpful, however Tenecia was above and beyond awesome!!! I highly recommend going here if you’re looking for a bike, they can answer any questions that you have. In fact, I went back the next day because my friend had a flat tire and they helped me right away and Misty was extra helpful in in securing the tire on the back. Great employees at a great store!!!

Misty was really great, and I have to say, this seems like an excellent neighborhood bike shop. I don't live super close, so I haven't been there for a while, but they had the bike I needed for my daughter, so I popped over. Will definitely be back.

It’s not so much the products, as they are the same. It’s the service! Jesse is amazing. He provides real information that is usable. Being a cyclist himself he can offer true insight and recommendations that are worthy. He’s not pushing the best and most expensive, he’s listening to the customer and providing them with the product that matches their needs. It’s been a long time since I’ve been into a shop where I felt I could trust the staff to listen and offer what best fit my needs. Hats off to the service!

Teneesha was delightful to work with. She listened to what we wanted and thoroughly described the bicycle that fit what we described. Very knowledgeable about the product. Misty also was quite helpful and knowledgeable. And they both “made it happen” in getting our special order processed and built as quickly as was possible!! A BIG shout out and thank you to everybody at JAX in Huntington Beach!
