Came in to buy a new saddle and handle bar grips. Met John who was very patient and knowledgeable. Left with the products and a nice feeling of having been instructed by an expert. The prices weren’t bad either so a great experience alltogether!

My issue was diagnosed before I could be input as a new customer at the front counter. The warranty issue I came in to fix was completed perfectly. The previous store I went to about this issue did not remedy the situation and it escalated to the point of bike failure. The warranty work was done quickly and when I arrived at the store the tech took all the time I needed to answer my questions and along with questions I had about another bike. Nice Work!! And right in my back yard. Thank you Fellas........see you on the trails.......
