Everyone at Jax is always super friendly and very helpful. We have our e-bikes serviced at least once a month for the last several years. Every time we can count on a quick turn around and efficiency. This gets us back on the bike trails asap and we so appreciate the staff! Ty and keep up the good work. I like that the services are readily accessible and the associates are knowledgeable, competent, and reliable regarding the products they sell. I like that if the products are not on display, the associates can promptly get the bikes and/or accessories into the store within a few days. In my opinion, everything in the store is reasonably priced.
It seems to me that the associates can fix just about anything that moves on one, two, three wheels. I appreciate that when something goes wrong on my tricycle, I can take it into the shop and get an immediate resolution, especially for leaking air in tires.
Finally, I appreciate the decor on the floor. Although there are many bikes displayed, the space is not too crowded to take a stroll viewing styles and features.
