I am a Trek enthusiasts and have been for about twenty years. I ride a Trek and all six of my grandkids ride Trek bikes. This was my first experience buying a bike from Jax. I appreciated how easy it was to pick out a bike, pay for it over the phone and pick it up several weeks later when we arrived in town for our grandson’s birthday

Whenever I show up at Jax in Yorba Linda, I am always greeted by the guys working that shift. They ask me what i need , and they always deliver! I ride trails with a ton of thorns and even though i have tubeless tires, Mother Nature gets the best of me. I had close to 5 holes in 2 tires, he removed the thorns and shot that silicon stuff inside my tires and gave em a good spin to let the silicon do its job. It worked, i got home and rode around the neighborhood, the air stayed in. I waited til the next day and the air stayed in. Yay!!

I really liked the service and customer service from an emplyee named Elliot Stein. He is very friendly, able to provide me with a clear, professional and truthful opinion in choosing Jax's products. I bought a thermal cooled water bottle through his persuasion and even an extra tube that he professionally said that always keep a spare since he told me that there was a day he popped 3 of his spare tubes riding his old bike. I strongly believe this young man will succeed with his customer service skills and his persuasion to buy necessary things as he had his own experience.
