I went to LANDIS III on Southern for some wheels and the guy was very helpful and did not try to oversell me, instead asked questions and then when to the back shop area and pullled some tires from the hanging rack and I got two from there. very reasonably prices. then just this past weekend I was out riding and I was having issues with shifting my road bike. Saturday afternoon I went to the location on Shea & Scottsdale road expecting to drop if off for a few days and pick it back up later in the week. as I came in the front door a guy saw me with my bike and pointed to go back to the shop area. there were no other customers there. one of the guys put my bike on the stand and started shifting it and worked a few minutes adjusting the cables and then it was shifting perfectly. He took it off and said here you go. I offered to pay for the service and he just said "bring your bikes back to me when you need service" I do not forget things like this and will suggest either Landis location to anyone looking for a bike, parts and especially sercice. You just don't find that kind of personal service very often anywhere you go shopping. A big Thank You!!

Kevin is the manager at the Southern Ave store in Tempe. He is very knowledgeable helpful and great to work with. I recently ordered my bike and parts with him to build and everything was perfect!
The staff at this shop were incredible with getting a broken road bike frame replaced and reassembling my bike. The manufacturing company of my previous bike was purchased twice during the time that attempts were made at them replacing the Fuji frame. After a brief discussion with one of the staff I was reminded about 1) Ebay is a good resource for road bike framesets and 2) the frame I needed had to meet 2 major criteria; 1- it must have caliper brakes mounts and 2- it had to be QR (quick release) compatible for the wheels I had. Once that was known I found a compatible Cannondale frameset. I took a screenshot of that so as to confirm it with a staff person at the shop and get a work order initiated. I actually made the purchase of the frame while at the shop and on September 2 my bike was reassembled and ready for pickup.
Fantastic service from the beginning and I could not be happier with how the "new" bike rides. It actually shifts from gear to gear smoother than before! Great work!
Landis on Southern is my go to for purchasing and servicing all my bikes and it was been for over 30+ years. Friendly, quick and price keeps me coming back. Customer service is top priority. Its very rare that you are not greeted within the first minute you walk in. Thank you to the whole staff.
I bought my bike, a Trek Marlin 4, months ago and have put 100's of miles on it. I just took it in for a replacement part and a tune-up. They were quick, it was inexpensive, and now it's riding like it's brand new. They have great bikes and their maintenance is top notch. Thank you guys so much!
The friendliness and respect that the employees have is admirable. I trust them to be honest and reliable. They are not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for; Iām willing to pay for quality, and they definitely deserve it.
