Balanced and authentic sales approaches versus sales tactics. Knowledgeable staff. Nice selection without having too many options. We’ve also use the maintenance department on two occasions and we’re very pleased. Location is easy. The hours are accommodating. The prices are market fair and my favorite part is locally owned and not a franchise.

I loved being able to test drive the bike before buying. One of the best things is the tweaking of sizes, angles, etc., after my bike was assembled, to make sure it was right for me. I love that I can bring it back in over the next year to tweak anything that doesn't seem right. The tune up before the year is out is also a great benefit!
