The service is exceptional. They even run a WhatsApp group where I was responded to out of hours with pictures of products that met my needs. The mechanic who was on holiday responded in seconds.

Thank you for taking my battered Boardman in. The new handlebar tape has been beautifully put on - a work of art. I also appreciate that you aligned the tyre valves symmetrically when you fitted the new wheels to match the tyre logos - always helpful! Thank you for flagging up my wheel rims which I knew were shot. Thanks to you I have a new economical pair of wheels which will do very nicely for this bike which I use for travelling and winter riding. Highly recommend Maison du Vélo
