I took my old Trek bike for a tuneup and had the best experience from the time I got into the store parking lot. A lady at the front desk helped me get my bike off the rack. Then the person at the repairs desk explained clearly what my bike needed and not needed and the prices of parts and labor. The bike was ready ahead of schedule and the work was high quality.

This was my second visit that day, and I returned to purchase the bike. I've never had anyone take the time to truly fit me for a bicycle, and be very patient with adjustments. I appreciate that level of care. My only regret at the moment is, that I cannot remember the gentleman's name that helped me.
