Dealing with both Travis and Todd is easy and laid back. There is no pressure to make a purchase because they want to make sure the product is right for you. I definitely recommend Milltown for anyone’s cycling product and service needs.

I have developed a relationship with my local bike shop over several years - the faces don't change, the staff remembers my name, and the service is as if a friend is helping me out instead of a business trying to profit off of me. I like that I can stop in and just shoot the bull - talk bikes, talk trails, talk trips, talk about biking adventures. As the staff learns about me, they learn what would benefit me. The service I've received surprises me every time - it is cheaper, it is better, and it is faster than I anticipate (and I mean EVERY TIME). I've been the first to recommend this shop to friends, and will always support them. I don't even live in Faribault anymore, but I choose to do business with them because I've been treated so well in the past.

Milltown always has what I need in stock, plus they will ship it to you quick and dont overcharge for shipping. Like i said, the are very well stocked with all the good stuff from all the top notch brands, and if by chance they don't have it, they can usually get it in a day or two.
