Most of our interactions have been with Jordan and he is always friendly, quick to respond when repairs are needed, and shows the utmost professionalism. He also advocated for my son to ensure the company we purchased his trike from took responsibility for their part and honored their warranty. My middle schooler had outgrown his bike, and two friends recommended Mole Hill Bikes to us. The staff member was helpful in finding the right size bike, pulling it for a test ride, and loading it into our small vehicle. (He showed us how to reattach the front tire.) My middle schooler's comment when we got in the car, "That was easy." He likes the design and ride of his new wheels, and I'm glad that he has a bike to ride again. Many thanks!
