Employees were very professional and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.

Kevin and staff went above and beyond, helping me getting my friends trike bike all set up and ready to go, I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate this team, thank you guys so much.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A huge inventory and I suspect lots of walk-i traffic, but they remembered me like it was a small town bike shop. Thank you!

great folks, skilled, knowledgable, friendly, fast, no-nonsense

Personable service. Helpful beyond immediate repairs. Offers alternatives.

Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Forthcoming mechanic. Convenient location.

Rebuilt the cockpit on the tandem. Advisors were clear at every stage about additional cost. Final result was vastly improved handling.

Fast service, friendly and knowledgeable

kevin in such a stud muffin!

Friendly service at reasonable price

Very knowledgeable staff. Welcoming environment.

I brought my Reid cargo e-bike in for battery trouble I was not able to diagnosis myself. After briefly describing the situation to Kevin, I had myself a completely brand new battery in less than seven days. I was a bit floored by how smooth the process went. Yes, it was still well under warranty, but the entire situation was handled far more easily than even my best anticipated outcome. 11/10: strongly recommend MM for anyone looking to buy a bike. I love this place, the service, and the professionalism of their employees. Absolute legends. Jason Hueseman

Quick, well done, and excellent communication about when the work was done. $50 to install a chain is steep IMHO but otherwise everything else was done well.

I had a chain ring problem twice after a major tune-up,and I'm glad the problem got fixed immediately each time when I brought the bike in. --Doug Maynard
