Was able to walk in and get my bike booked in for repair without needing to make an appointment to do so. I was contacted with quotes on reapir costs and asked if I wanted any further work to be confirmed before proceeding or happy to go ahead. Bike was returned in working order, rides like a dream. Definitely recommend them.
