Location and you only sell good quality products. I know your prices are Alittle higher but the quality and service are worth the extra price - my family tend to mostly ride our bike through the neighborhood so the really expensive bikes aren’t of interest to us. I appreciate that you have kids bikes and entry level bikes for adults in the 400-800 dollar range. Your service dept is also top notch.

i came in 15 min before closing on Saturday afternoon. I had very little hope that Bike Mart will be able to fix my flat tire before closing... However Bike Mart did not disappoint! The tech quickly took me in, diagnosed my issue, replaced the tube, made sure brakes, gears and everything else was upto spec. He showed me where the tube failed and also how to avoid getting into a similar situation. My bike was fixed and ready to ride in no time!

I have been coming here since the mid 1980s. I have purchased several bikes here over the years. I have always received top-notch Recommendations and service. During the majority of that time I lived well over 120 miles away but still would not go anywhere else. Hector has been my go to guy for the last 14 years.

Sales and service are beyond reproach. I bought my Trek XCalibur from the store in Frisco and have had it serviced there as well. I have had dealings with the original Richardson store too. I have been pleased with the staff friendliness and knowledge in both places. Bike Mart is probably the best to go in the DFW area if you're looking for excellent sales, service, and staff competence.

Customer service was first class! KC went the extra mile answering several questions I had. I was greeted when I walked in the door, was asked what I was looking for and the sales associate directed me to the trike that answered my needs. He was genuinely concerned I purchased the correct bike, deciding from a traditional trike or an e trike. Im not an easy sale, the quality of the trike, the selection, the service, the accessories. All you would need in a bike shop and more. I wanted a quality e bike and a service department to make any future adjustments to the trike. Bike Mart checked all the boxes. It was a pleasure doing business with bike mart, every employee was pleasant and glad to be there.
