I took my 13 year old son in to look for a new bike and couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were really friendly and patient with us, knew their stuff, and gave him some good tips on local routes. They went through all the options with us and actually listened to what he wanted. No pressure, no hard sell. It felt like talking to people who care about bikes rather than salespeople trying to shift stock. With everyone buying online or from the big chains these days, it was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely go back!

I came in to find a hybrid bike which I haven’t previously had. The chap was very helpful, explaining the differences between the bikes and letting me try them for size and comfort. I decided because of that to buy one there and then rather than searching elsewhere. The service was excellent and they were v knowledgable - I would definitely go back with any bike queries and to keep mine maintenance up to date. I’m really pleased with my bike.

Sam, Dan and the techs slotted my first free service and a tubeless tyre change in at short notice even when busy. I had to return a Thule bike rack to a different supplier, and Rides on Air supplied a second one rapidly, which is working well. Always straightforward, honest advice from them.

We had an ongoing issue with a tyre repeatedly going completely flat after one or two short rides. It was checked by two bike shops but still the issue remained. We relocated to the area and the problem occurred yet again so before purchasing a new wheel altogether we had one last desperate attempt coming to Rides on air cycles. Lo and behold, they were so thorough and quick and professional and have finally fixed the issue!! Cannot recommend enough!
