Very helpful and very informed all with a friendly attitude. They gave us a fairly thorough explanation of what was needed and performed the task at hand on the spot. As I purchased the bikes 4 years ago the crew did what was needed and refreshed us on basic maintenance we could do ourselves. At great place to do business at.

Tim and the team are over the top good. The bike mechanics are fantastic and the support team is also outstanding. They’ve been this way since I met him when the shop was in Spooner Wisconsin. If anybody’s up in that neck of the woods or even if they’re not, and they have time I would bring my bike or my cross-country skis to RiverBrook Bike and ski.

I like the experience I have working with staff to understand the best possible equipment to meet my athletic goals and budget. I often go in wanting one thing and walk away with a far superior product for what I’m doing. The staff is like family, and stopping in to see what’s for sale, but more to just catch up with everyone, is a must whenever I’m in Hayward. Plus, they offer ski lessons that are fun and keep me progressing. Love Riverbrook!

Top-line products and exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. There are many great bike shops in the Twin Cities but I wait and make a Hayward trip so I can shop Riverbrook! Always great gift ideas for my wife too.
