I came in to ask a few questions about an e-bike I was considering buying. The staff member helping me (Tish) was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. She encouraged me to try out a bike which led me to purchase one similar to it. When my bike was ready, I was given a demonstration on how to use all of its features and allowed to ride it around. Any questions that I had were answered before I left with my bike. I am very happy with my purchase.

Staff are knowledgeable and very customer focused. They completed my tuneup/repairs within timeframe we discussed and I am very happy with how my bike turned out. Exceptional customer service!! I also felt like they had a nice selection for bike accessories.
