Transitioning from a commuter bike to a road bike is a huge change. Boulder Trek made it into a great experience. Specifically, I want to shout out Amy for making sure I was set up and for being a great teacher, Max for bringing some of the vibes even though he wasn’t working, Nick for helping ship the bike to the Boulder store, Mitchell for getting the bike set up, and Bradley for making sure the new tubeless tires were all ready to go! It was truly a team effort to get me out there in a new trek bike. Thank you!
Service is excellent: Friendly, accommodating, and generous with accessory upgrades at often discounted cost. (I realize that list prices are likely inflated to allow generous discounts, but that’s true everywhere.). Plenty of staff for customer help. Expanded store is a great upgrade.
My 2015 Domane road bike still runs fine with just routine maintenance. My 2025 FX3 town/hybrid bike runs well, though improved rear hub for quicker pedal engagement would be nice to remove a chronic annoyance. The FX3 is lighter than its counterparts from other brands, I’ve tried, and no more expensive. (Actually cheaper this year than last year.). And Trek frame sizing fits me better than most other brands do, though this is a personal body size issue and others’ experiences will vary.
Good quality products
Your service techs are stellar. Beck services my bike and I refer friends to Beck because he is thorough and pays attention to detail and kind
Very helpful and knowledgeable service person; Brandon or Bailey, I think his name was. Ask great questions about the bike's problems, knew what to do and got to it right away. I will take my bikes here for service in the future.
