I took in a specialized rockhopper that I purchased second hand and once Rose Bike had finished with it, it was good as new. I appreciated the one-on-one, in real time, consultation with Fiona. She walked me through the potential repairs and listened to my preferences for replacements / upgrades. She made no promises regarding our checklist and let me know they’d have to give it a thorough check and call if what they found differed from the initial estimate. Rose Bike was honest, thorough, transparent and communicative from start to finish. An excellent shop in all respects. As a former bike shop employee and avid mountain biker, I’m so glad I live where this shop is located. I got lucky!
