All employees there are very knowledgeable about the bikes they sell. We bought 2 Trek verve 4 on Jesse's recommendation and we are pleased with them. The peddle assist gives some help making the ride less strenuous but still gives some exercise. Jesse also helped me to get the proper rack for my car. The other employee ( don't remember his name) put the rack together and put it on my car also loaded my 2 bikes. We took a 40 mile drive with the bikes on the rack and didn't have a single issue with either the rack or bikes very pleased with it all and would definitely recommend them.

My grandsons, 6 and 8, had their first trip to a bike shop. They asked for help with a kickstand that kept falling and brakes that didn't work well. The employees treated them as if they were seasoned cyclists with hand-me-down bikes. They were so excited and said it was so much easier to ride! Thank you for making their day!
