Dalton's recommendations. He knows the products he without trying to up sale me. He will usually offer me a good product and best product. There is no pressure when I talk to him. He has also told me when things are covered under warranty before I spent money to get them fixed. I completely trust him. I have talked to others in the store who made recommendations against what he has advised and Dalton clearly explains why to follow his suggestions with safety and knowledge of the product.

Very friendly and informative customer service from Mykle.
He helped me out right away, gave very informative answers (and nice showcases, when applicable) to all of my questions, helped me find the bike to fit my needs, suggested I test ride it, gave me his own experience with the bike and brand, and humored me in asking for any applicable deals, which saved me a good chunk of change.
This was all a great experience as someone who's never been a bike expert and was looking to gauge a potential new space-friendly/foldable commuter bike built to last.
Loving the new bike and will be back in to ensure I'm maintaining it well, as well as for any future bike needs.

Super friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. The service and turnaround time were both excellent. The only reason I’m not giving a 10 is that the replacement part was a lower grade than the original, and I don’t believe that was communicated to me upfront. That said, the overall experience was great, and I’ll definitely be back!

The staff was wondeful in helping me select the size of bike I needed. Also, after getting the bike, they have been very helpful in teaching me how to use features I have never had before on a bike. There is a good selection of accessories. I chose Summit because the staff helped me on my old bike several years ago without there being a sale attached.

Friendly staff , solid selection of equipment choices. Location is easy to get to with lots of complementary businesses surrounding the shop. Brought my wife’s vintage S woks in for derailer adjustments. Mike took a look at it and found it had needed a few other items to make it shift properly . Left it with them. Went to pick it up in the morning, it was still acting up a bit., so Dalton threw it on the stand to make sure everything was good, just needed a few extra tweaks, also the chain was clapped out with tight spots. Dalton swapped it out got it all dialed and working perfect. We’re ready for Viva Calle this weekend. Dalton is the derailer whisperer . Haha solid Mecanic for sure..
