I have been a fan of Sarasota Cycle since I bought my current bike from them. They kept my old bike well repaired until it became so old that it needed to retire. So about 5 years ago, after getting expert advice from the staff, I bought my current bike from Sarasota Cycle. It’s been a great bike, but recently developed a slipping problem in the transmission. Having no appropriate means of transporting my bike to Sarasota Cycle for repair, I called and Jason assured me that he would pick up my bike and return it when repaired. Jason has been fantastic! He transported the bike as promised and repaired it so that it looks and rides like it’s brand new! I was and am thrilled and thankful.
