Matt and his tech Devon I believe is his name was very helpful and accommodating for the distance I had to travel to have my bike worked on. They were able to get it done within an hour. Devon, sorry if I have the name wrong was very helpful and explain to me how my pedal assist app works so that I know how much battery life I have in my shifting and he also installed an extender battery for me to take away my battery anxiety. Thank you again.

I recently brought in my son’s Santa Cruz for a repair. We decided to have Sharp perform a full inspection along with replacing a few parts I knew were needed. When we picked it up, we were impressed by how far they had gone above and beyond. They repositioned the gear shifter and dropper post, realigned the grips, offered to shorten the bars at no additional cost, and addressed several other details to make the bike safer and more comfortable. They also took the time to explain everything they had done so my son could understand it, and what he should watch for moving forward, all at a very fair price. There are several bike shops in the area but I’ll be going to Sharp exclusively from now on.
