The staff is great with customers, where they take the time to ask questions that help them understand that persons needs. Smith’s is well stocked with items and is able to obtain whatever the customer needs. Pricing is good and they can find options that fit in people’s budget. Friendly, community minded and courteous. Smith’s IS the Local Bike Shop.

The people, friendly and give great information. Scott fixed my bike up on the spot and even remembered seeing it several years ago. Gave me a good tip on inflating the tires to the right level and had me on my way quickly even though I'd just walked in and was prepared to leave my bike there.

First, I bought a Checkpoint 6 E-bike and not only was it the perfect size, but it was also in stock and reasonably priced! In addition, I had Smiths arrange two guided rides and transported us to the Elory Trail head, the van was great and the staff was amazing. Jared and Chris were great to work with. They even arranged my bike to be shipped back to me in California. Great shop, great people and reliable and dependable!
