Eric was friendly and walked me through the difference between bikes and made sure I purchased the appropriate size. He insisted I take several styles for a test ride to find what I found comfortable. Nate greeted me as well! Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Staff was knowledgeable. Had answers and feedback on a range of products including those that they did not carry. Asked questions about what I was looking for in a bike and what kind of riding I was going to be doing. Provided good insight on accessories. Gave suggestions on what to consider when making a decision about what kind of bike to get and what kind of carrier to look at. I appreciated that they were able to give a why with a recommendation. Even if it was a product they did not carry. And friendly! I bought a bike and left also with a sense of trust. I will be back and I highly recommend checking them out.
