Customer service! Just when I thought there was no hope…S&W helped me work through problems I was having to get me back riding as quickly as possible. It’s not too often that any shop or business is going to go out of their way when there is no sale involved. I look forward to being able to get supplies and parts for my bikes over the counter locally and having staff that is knowledgeable and willing to help. They won a customer for life and I will be back in for those stickers soon!

Friendly. Will “fit me in” if they can. Busy, but not stressed technicians, great selection. Wish the shop had a better road side sign. ( I almost miss it sometimes). Keep up the great work. ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I visited your service department. Upon entering the building, an employee was ready to greet me and get me to the place I needed to be. Once there, the rep, whom I had worked with before, was friendly, professionally and reassured me of the work to be done and in a timely fashion.
