I brought my bike in for a repair and they told me it would be done the following day. Within a couple of hours, they called and let me know that the repair was done. My first time going there, but won’t be the last. Excellent service.

My Trek VERVE+2 was beat. Needed new tires, one new wheel, all new break pads, new fenders, new cassette, new chain and more --- a ton of work. I picked up my bike yesterday and it's perfect. Could not ask for more professional and courteous service.

The service department took me in right away and was able to fix my wheel right away. I had expected to drop it off and pick it up another day but they got it fixed in about 15 minutes. Great customer service. I'd never go anywhere else. 10/10

I love everything about Syracuse Bicycle for the people who work there from sales to the maintenance dept and the care and service of my e-bike Ponto Go , and trustworthy people who are and feel like family totally , and their input on new e-bikes I am lookin at from the Aima Big Sur Sport 2.0 to the Borrego S as I am lookin for second e-bike to flip between the Ponto Go and next one
