Leaf was incredibly helpful in setting me up with two brand new bikes in one afternoon, plus lights, a bike rack, and more. I was literally on the road to an event where I needed the bikes and he didn't seem fazed at all - just helped me knock it off the list. Not only did he field all of my beginner questions with great information, kindness, and positivity (I was a little in over my head!) he also helped my partner via video call pick out a bike. The level of customer service was second to none and I can't recommend this shop more highly. Plus the merch is so creative with all the riffs on Cincinnati icons :)
