I came in with an idea of what i wanted, after months of research. Within 5 minutes, they had me out on the street for a test ride. I was ready to buy, but it was suggested I try the next size up. Came back a few days later and they had assembled the larger frame for another test ride. Bingo! Perfect size. Liked it so much, I bought two...well, that was the plan anyway. They ordered the second, larger bike and assembled while I was out of town. They also had plenty of suggestions on a hitch rack, as I was looking for some very particular features. They were able to order what I finally decided on and had that ready to go with both the bikes as well. On pickup day, the rack was installed on my truck and the bikes strapped in, all ready to go. Added some locks and a couple water bottle cages and we were out riding an hour later. Pricing and services were very straight forward with no surprises on the final bill. Perfect place to find a bike, create a friendship, and have piece of mind for all future tune ups and maintenence.

Customer service is top notch here! Deb and Marty have consistently been informative and patient with all my questions when it came to purchasing a new bike for my son. When it came to getting service for a bike I didn’t purchase from them, they were beyond helpful. They also have a generous inventory of bikes to help find just what the customer is looking for.
