I was very pleased with the knowledge and willingness and humor to solve a minor repair problem when I visited yesterday without an appointment. The staff identified a misplaced lock-washer and worn breakpads on my ebike. As a new local resident I am very pleased to have discovered the Bicycle Cellar.
They are very affordable and reasonable about servicing your bike, they dont do anything unnecessary. They are also very open about the details of their estimates.
Great location to the trail, very helpful and friendly Staff. My husband and I both rented E bikes and enjoyed our ride all the way to the end in Massachusetts (the trail just kept getting more beautiful) and of course back to Simsbury, for a total of 42 miles. Lovely way to spend the day. 😎
We’ve been to The Bicycle Cellar multiple times, and every experience has been positive. The staff is warm and welcoming and always makes us feel valued. We’ve mostly worked with Walter, who takes the time to explain everything and make sure we have what we need for our bicycles. We truly appreciate his care and helpfulness! And it’s not just us… I’ve noticed how they treat other customers, too. They make everyone feel welcome.
Terrific service. Very knowledgeable folks willing to take the time to explain options and benefits of different brands. Look forward to doing more business there are down the road.
Great job, Seraid and Walter.

Good people, excellent selection, and generous with their time and expertise. We’re happy to support a local business that takes such good care of its customers!
Quick, fast, easy, quality parts, bike feels as like new as a 6 year old bike can. Also, $284 for chain, cassette, brakes, two tires, and a tune up, seems like a good deal to me.
