The staff and experience were exceptional! Had to order the bike I was interested in….the staff kept me informed of the delivery…..once it arrived….they notified me and had everything ready when I arrived to pick up the bike……very knowledgeable staff…the experience was great….I would highly recommend them!

I found the Road Bike I had spent months looking for at a Great Sale Price. The Sales and service was Great, not rushed, not pressured, and very accommodating. Its been over a year now and I have to call out Hollister and the Service Dept. Each time I have been in for something I have been Amazed, and the wait times and shorter than any bike service Dept I have ever been to, and I have been riding for over 30 years. Great Experience, and I look forward to going in the next time.
