We purchased two Aventon eBikes from Bike & Trike in June, and working with Jason has been fantastic from start to finish. He made the buying process easy, helped us choose the right truck rack, and even took the time to help us get the bikes loaded and secured properly. Since then, Jason has continued to be amazing. Any time we’ve had a small issue or question about one of the bikes, he’s been quick to help and always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. It’s rare to find someone who stands behind what they sell the way he does. Our family visited this summer, and the eBikes ended up being one of the biggest hits of the entire trip. Everyone loved them — and that’s thanks to Jason making sure everything was set up perfectly. If you’re considering an eBike or need support for one you already own, Jason is absolutely the person you want to work with. Great service, great attitude, and truly customer‑focused.

Jason, the shop owner, is always available to discuss any issue or questions a customer may have. His experience and knowledge certainly can come in handy. Various products are typically in stock in the shop, and if not, they can order timely. I wear a 2X glove, and of all the shops I visit during my travels, B&T always has a pair that fits. Our family fleet is diverse. A Specialized Stump Jumper & Rock Hopper, GT Avalanche & Outpost, and a MiraCo Detroit, all of which have been fitted with parts available from Bike & Trike.

The Bike and Trike is an incredible shop with awesome service. Jason helped me out when I was in a bind, taught me how to keep my bike going strong and everyone was so positive. Jason's knowledge was greatly appreciated and my bike and me are rolling in confidence. I highly recommend grabbing one of their yummy coffees and spending some time wandering this gem of a shop!

Support with any shopping/buying experience from the staff. They answer any questions you have and will look it up if they don’t have them right away! They will go through some important mechanics for your bike and fit you appropriately, and even make sure your safe with riding!
