Love me the Bike Barn. Amazing staff both up front and in the back. Incredibly helpful, informative and fun. This place knows what's up, where's up, and how to get there. Took my bike in for service and one problem was immediately fixed by Matt, plus he pointed out a few other areas he would look at further to ensure the smooth operation of my steed. The bike was ready a day later as promised and works like a dream.
Geoff and Rochelle up front engaged me in some friendly chatting while processing my payment on pick up day. Always great talking with them.
Can't say enough good things about my favourite bike shop. Go see them folks for all things biking. The best!

I've been buying bikes from The Bike Barn since the 1980s, and after more than 40 years, it's still the shop I choose.
That kind of loyalty doesn't come from history alone. It comes from the people. Over the years, I've gotten to know the owners and many of the staff, and I consider a number of them friends. There's something special about a locally owned business where the relationships are genuine, the knowledge runs deep, and you know you're going to be treated well every time you walk through the door.
The service has always been excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. Whether I'm buying a new bike, looking for equipment, or having work done, I have complete confidence in the people looking after me and my bikes.
What keeps me coming back isn't just what The Bike Barn sells. It's the people, the relationships, and the trust they've earned over decades. That's something you can't easily replicate.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Bike Barn to anyone, whether they're buying their first bike or have been riding for a lifetime. It's a great bike shop run by great people, and Penticton is fortunate to have it.
