It was easy to reserve a rental bike, I was able to get my questions answered quickly over the phone when there was an issue with the online rental form. My bike was ready for me at pickup, an employee helped me adjust the seat and I was on my way. Returning it was just as easy. Thank you Bike Lane! I’ll be renting here next time I visit the area.
