At first, Derek didn't want me to spend the money on this bike, because it was a department store bike. when I told him, I am a new rider and the bike was given to me. No, push back, he fixed the bike. I love my beginners bike and it works perfectly. Service was excellent. They had to fix the brakes and clean the bike up with the chain, which was a level one. Since the bike was free, spending a $130 on it to me wasn't a big deal, to be fixed. Now I can get back in the saddle of riding as a beginner, I felt was good enough. Thank you for your excellent service. Your politeness. I appreciate it and I will be back down the road.
