Independent shop open and responsive to service whatever brand and rider comes through the door. Saved my vacation riding by diagnosing and fixing an unusual problem on a brand they don’t sell. Jumped on it right away and provided recommendations beyond the scope of the fix. Great service!!

Everyone was very helpful with changing my brakes to hydraulic brakes. I didn’t give ten because they missed a spot so the wire had to be zip locked!

We rented bikes to ride the Olympic Discovery Trail from Port Townsend to LaPush. Staff were helpful with trail advice and set up of our equipment. There is an excellent selection of merch in the shop. Bicycles were in excellent condition (seemed new) and completed the tour with absolutely no problems. I highly recommend Broken Spoke for rental and services.
