I went into Kind Bikes in Edwards with a vague idea of what I was looking for and Max showed me some options and suggested I test ride a bike which I did. I then went to a couple other shops in the Valley to compare and learn more. I figured out what I wanted and it was just what Max had showed me so I came back and ordered it. Within a week the team at Kind had built my bike and it was New Bike Day!! It’s been hard to get me off it ever since! I also needed a bike rack that was easy to take on and off my RAV4 and Max helped me find the perfect one at a great price. Everyone at Kind Bikes was so helpful and knowledgeable and talked to me and explained the different aspects and components of the bike in a way that I didn’t feel like a complete novice. I absolutely love my bike! Thank you all very much!

My specialized Vado 4.0 had a very complicated issue that was super difficult to troubleshoot. You had to ride it for 10 minutes and the power would cut out in extreme situations. Troubleshooting problems like this can be a mechanical nightmare. I was shocked when I had my bike back after a really short turn around. Everyone from Tyler (the mechanic who worked on my bike) to management and the front end staff are incredible. I bought my bike here and I’ll buy my next one here too. They are the best in the business.
