Customer service and the purchasing experience went above and beyond! Glenn was super friendly and helpful while my kids were trying to pick out their new bikes, They were able to ride any bike they were interested in until they found the perfect one for them! I can’t recommend this shop enough! I’ve dealt with many bike shops over the years and The Spinning Spoke is the best! The best customer service, great selection, and great atmosphere!

Glenn and the other staff at The Spinning Spoke were very knowledgeable and so helpful as we chose a bike for my daughter’s 10th birthday. They allowed her to give the bike a spin around the park before we purchased it! We love our new bike! Thank you The Spinning Spoke!

Bike maintenance. There was only one man working that day. There was myself and another Customer there. I had a lot of questions and I feel that if there was another person there, the needs of the other customer would’ve been met in a timely manner. The gentleman that was there answered all my questions. He was very helpful.
