Although we live pretty far from the shop, Keith was wonderful in charging just an extra $25 to come pick up the bike in Hilton. The process was smooth for both pickup and drop-off with Keith giving me a call when he was on his way and when he arrived. The service itself was excellent and the price was extremely fair for fixing the brakes and some other small issues as well as a general servicing and maintenance. Will definitely call them in the future for any bicycle needs.

Good service department with excellent turn-around time on repairs and tune-ups. I just wish whoever test rides the bike would just put the seat back where it was when it's done. Their legs are way longer than mine. 😀

I brought my e-bike in for service. Not only did they install a new gear shifter, but they tested the bike and adjusted the brakes and gears. I have not purchased a bike from them but would recommend them for technical and customer service.

Purchased 2 Trek bicycles from this dealer. Staff is very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and had us fit professionally for both. Helped select items we needed to get started and their recommendations were spot on. Took bikes back after 90 days and as promised it was a free service. Great folks to deal with I would highly recommend them.
